The Harmony First Caregiver Appreciation Program recognizes unpaid care partners who carry the day to day responsibility of supporting seniors, adults with chronic illness, people with disabilities, veterans and families navigating healthcare or life changes. This program honors selected care partners every quarter. Harmony First will provide a small token of apperception, education, resource connections and warm referrals.
