someone to walk

beside them when life

changes.

CLARITY. EMPOWERMENT. CONNECTION.

Harmony First Community. Support Foundation

Harmony First Community Support Foundation Inc is a community-based, family-centered nonprofit that provides nonclinical advocacy, navigation, education, caregiver support, and warm handoffs for seniors, caregivers, veterans, people with disabilities, people living with chronic illness or chronic pain, families affected by Alzheimer's disease or dementia, and long-distance families navigating care.

How Harmony Advocates

People should be able to recognize themselves on this screen and know whether Harmony First may be a fit. Patient advocacy and healthcare advocacy are connected, but they are different lanes. Harmony First helps people feel heard, organized, and connected before they are overlooked.

Harmony helps individuals prepare questions, share their concerns, understand information, and take part in conversations about their care.

When requested and available, a Harmony advocate may accompany an individual to an appointment.

We help people feel heard and supported in their care.

Patient Advocacy

Harmony helps individuals work through appointments, care coordination, referrals, billing concerns, resource navigation and next steps.

We help people navigate the healthcare system.

Healthcare Advocacy

Harmony provides nonclinical advocacy and navigation support. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or make medical decisions.

Harmony Health Advocacy and Education Centerer

Provider Group Support

Stronger administrative workflows for healthcare practices. Harmony supports providers by providing credentialing services and revenue cycle management. We help practices review their workflows four denied and aging claims, follow-up, and tracking, and identify ways to make those processes clearer and more consistent.

Independent Medical Bill Advocacy & EOB Review

Harmony provides client-funded, independent medical bill advocacy for individuals and families facing substantial medical bills.

We are not affiliated with healthcare providers, hospitals, or insurance companies. Our role is to review the Explanation of Benefits (EOB), medical bills, and related documents with the client, help identify questions or potential discrepancies, and explain possible next steps.

This service is intended for significant, high-cost bills—often thousands of dollars—such as hospital stays, surgery, cancer treatment, or chemotherapy. It is not designed for small, routine bills.
